Recently, sales data of construction machinery related products in February were released. From the release situation, the construction machinery industry will exceed the expected growth in the first quarter of this year. According to data from China Construction Machinery Industry Association, the total sales of excavators in February was 18,745 sets, a year-on-year increase of 69% and a sequential increase of 59.4%, the highest monthly sales since June 2018.

According to the data of the Machinery Production Association, the 10 land leveller manufacturers that were included in the statistics in February sold total 278 graders. Due to the Spring Festival, compared with 286 sets in January, sales have declined slightly, but compared with other years, it is still relatively high.

In the latest report, CICC expects that construction machinery sales will exceed expectations in the first quarter of this year, mainly due to the strong downstream infrastructure demand and renewal demand, and the advancement of the order will also promote sales growth.

In February of this year, various excavator brands held order meetings. Therefore, the sales volume of excavators increased in the anti-seasonal period in the Spring Festival month, and the volume of the industry was significantly enlarged.
